I had an exceptional stay at this hotel during my time in Muscat. Everything about my experience was outstanding — from the comfort of the rooms to the high standard of service. A special thanks to Fadak, who truly stood out with her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. People like her make the hotel experience truly memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The rooms were always spotless and well-maintained, and their efforts truly added to the comfort and quality of my stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

Absolute standout was the staff. Ehsan in particular. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted with a smile and handshake from Ehsan - he made a hotel we booked as a base feel like home for 4 days. He really gave the kind of service we’d be used to at the best 5* hotel. Above and beyond. The valets and the receptionists were also lovely and helpful. It has great treadmills and dumbbells in the gym (we care about that!) and the omelette bar at breakfast was a highlight. Room was super spacious and amazing value for money tbh.
